PAYMENT POLICY

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all customers using Khang Web's services and products, including:

  • Custom website design services
  • Digital products (utilities, plugins, modules for websites)

2. Payment Methods

  • Khang Web accepts payments via bank transfer or other officially announced electronic payment methods.
  • Payment account information will be provided directly upon signing the contract/order.

3. Payment Policy for Custom Website Design Services

Payment is divided into 3 installments:

  • Installment 1: A 40% payment of the total contract value is required to start the project.
  • Installment 2: After handing over the conceptual demo (including the interface and basic functions like posting articles and products), the customer pays 30%.
    During this phase, the customer can propose additional requests, and Khang Web will provide a quote for any incurred costs (if any).
  • Installment 3: The remaining 30% plus any incurred costs (if any) are paid after the customer approves the final complete demo.

4. Payment Policy for Digital Products (utilities, plugins, modules)

  • 100% of the product value must be paid before delivery.
  • Due to the nature of digital products, Khang Web does not offer refunds after the product has been delivered and installed.

5. General Notes

  • Timely payment is a condition for Khang Web to continue project deployment or product delivery.
  • In case of late payment, the delivery timeline may be adjusted accordingly.
  • Customers are responsible for transaction or transfer fees (if any).
