Terms & Conditions of Service

1. General Introduction

Welcome to KhangWeb! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of custom website design services, digital products, and other related services provided by KhangWeb (“we” or “KhangWeb”).

By accessing, using our services, or entering into a contract with KhangWeb, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the Terms stated below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

KhangWeb provides the following main services:

• Custom Website Design: Designing, developing, and programming websites based on specific customer requirements.
• Digital Products: Providing utilities, plugins, modules, or other digital products.
• Technical Support & Maintenance: Offering support and maintenance services after product handover for a specified period as agreed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Information Provision: The customer is responsible for providing all necessary content, documents, images, and information accurately and promptly for KhangWeb to execute the project. Any delay in providing materials may affect the delivery schedule.
• Feedback & Approval: The customer is responsible for reviewing, providing feedback on, and approving project demos or stages within the agreed timelines. Delays in approval may lead to an extension of the project completion time.
• Legal Compliance: The customer must ensure that the content used on the website is legal, does not infringe on copyrights, or violate any current laws in Vietnam.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Customer's Content: The customer retains copyright for all content, images, videos, and other materials provided by them. The customer grants KhangWeb the right to use these materials for the sole purpose of developing the project.
• KhangWeb's Assets: KhangWeb retains intellectual property rights to the tools, frameworks, core code, libraries, or technical assets developed or used to create the product. The customer is only granted the right to use the final product.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for KhangWeb's services will be subject to the published Payment Policy. The customer commits to making payments on time and in full according to the installments agreed upon in the contract. Delayed payments may lead to the suspension or termination of services.

6. Privacy Policy

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• No Guarantees: KhangWeb does not guarantee that the service will be continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with all third-party platforms.
• Limitation of Compensation: In no event shall KhangWeb's total liability for any damages arising from or related to the service exceed the total amount the customer has paid to us in the last 12 months leading up to the incident.

8. Termination of Contract

KhangWeb reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the contract or suspend services if the customer seriously violates these Terms, including but not limited to: delayed payments, using the service for illegal purposes, or copyright infringement.
